Select the products you want, add them to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Follow the instructions and provide the necessary details, such as your shipping address and payment information.
You will receive an email confirmation as soon as your order has been processed and confirmed.
Yes, you will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped, which allows you to monitor the delivery status.
Please note that when authorizing the purchase, Alfa-Jewelry sends a request to the issuing bank for payment approval. If the bank does not provide an authorization, here are a few possible reasons why:
- The billing information is inconsistent with what the credit card company has on file.
- The expiration date was entered incorrectly at check out.
- The card’s CVV code is incorrect.
- The balance to authorize is higher than the transaction limit set with your bank. You will need to contact your bank to authorize the charge.
In some instances, an order is cancelled due to the item no longer being in stock or if our system suspects that the order may be fraudulent.
There are also times an order is cancelled due to incorrect or inconsistent customer information. If you would like to continue with your order, please ensure all credit card, billing, and shipping information is accurate and create a new order on our site or by contacting Customer Care.
The authorization should “drop” from your account within 4-7 business days for credit cards depending on the bank or credit union that issued your card. Alfa-Jewelry is unable to reinstate a cancelled order.
To cancel your order, please contact us via email. If your order has already been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. Once you have received the order, you can request a return, and once we have received the return, we will process a full refund for your purchase.
If you realize that you entered the wrong information on your order after it was accepted, please contact us via email as soon as possible.

We accept the following forms of payment: Apple Pay, Bancontact, Google Pay, iDEAL, Klarna, PayPal, Shop Pay.
We accept the following forms of credit cards: Visa, American Express, Maestro, Mastercard, UnionPay.
For added security, your billing address at Alfa-Jewelry must exactly match the address on file at your credit card company. The processing of your order may be delayed or denied if these addresses are different.
After an order is placed, there is temporary hold on your credit card account for the total value of the order.
Yes, we use secure payment gateways and SSL encryption to ensure all transactions are protected.
You will be charged in the currency you select on our website. We provide several currency options for international customers.
Unfortunately, we do not currently accept bank transfers, and cash on delivery is not available as a payment option.
