Our return policy is active for 30 days from the date you receive your purchase. Unfortunately, if more than 30 days have passed since you received your item, we are unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.
To be eligible for a return, the product must remain unused, though it can be tried on to ensure suitability. Any signs of use will disqualify it from a refund. Additionally, the item must be returned in its original packaging, and a receipt or proof of purchase is required.

If you want to exchange a product, it can be exchanged for another product of equal value. If the original product is no longer available, it can be exchanged for a different product of the same price.
Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a set number of days.

No, only regularly priced items are eligible for a refund. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Customers are responsible for the shipping and handling costs associated with returns and exchanges. We recommend reviewing your order carefully before finalizing your purchase. However, if the customer does not want to cover the return shipping costs, we can offer a partial refund of 50% of the total amount paid for the order.
Yes, orders that are delayed beyond 10 business days of the promised delivery window are eligible for a full refund. Please report any shipping delays promptly.
