Overview

Our policy is active for 30 days from the date you receive your purchase. Please note, if more than 30 days have elapsed since your purchase was received, we are unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. All requests for returns, refunds, or exchanges must be submitted within this 30-day period.

Product Conditions for Return

Products are eligible for fitting to ensure suitability but must remain unused. Any signs of use will disqualify the item from a refund.

Items must be returned in their original packaging.

A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return.

Initiating a Return or Refund

To request a refund, please log in to your account at Alfa-Jewelry website or email us at sales@alfa-jewelry.com. Do not return the purchase to the manufacturer.

Refunds Process

Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a set number of days.

Shipping Issues

Full refunds are provided for orders lost in transit.

Orders delayed beyond 10 working days of the promised 10 business days are also eligible for a full refund.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Orders with incorrect or incomplete addresses will be cancelled if detected. You are welcome to place a new order with the corrected details.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund, recheck your bank account, then contact your credit card company and bank due to potential processing delays. If you still have not received your refund, please reach out to us at sales@alfa-jewelry.com.

Sale Items

Only regularly priced items are eligible for a refund. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Returns and Exchanges Shipping

Returns and exchanges are free in the UK, Germany, France, Holland, and Belgium. Contact us for a free return label. Customers from other countries are responsible for return shipping costs. Please contact us before initiating a return or exchange.
