1. Free Worldwide Shipping:
We offer free worldwide shipping, and all applicable duties and taxes are included in the price of your purchase.
2. Express Shipping via DHL:
We ship all orders using DHL to all the countries listed in the table above. The shipping prices and estimated delivery times are also provided in the table. Please be aware that customs duties and taxes may apply to your shipment depending on your country. These charges are determined by your local customs authorities and are typically based on the value of the goods, the country of origin, and the product classification (HS code). For EU countries, VAT is usually applicable, and since July 2021, all imports are subject to VAT, regardless of the order value (source).
For non-EU countries, duties and taxes vary. As the recipient, you are generally responsible for paying these fees upon delivery, unless otherwise specified (e.g., for "Delivered Duty Paid" or DDP shipments, where we cover the duties) (source). You can check the countries we deliver to by selecting your country from our website's language menu. If your country is not listed, we currently do not ship there.
4. Delivery Time:
With Free Shipping, delivery typically takes approximately 5-10 business days, excluding weekends.
For DHL Express deliveries, shipping usually takes 3-7 business days, depending on the destination country.
5. Order Processing:
Orders are processed on the same or next day. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order is dispatched.
6. Delivery Delays:

7. Changing Delivery Address:
Once your order has been processed and dispatched, the delivery address cannot be changed, and the order cannot be canceled.
